My client is one of the UK`s best-loved names in travel, due to continual growth and success they are now seeking an Assistant General Manager to come and help assist, motivate and manage an experience team of managers and consultants in these large-scale store in Birmingham
Successful candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a branch manager or a strong assistant branch manager as this position you will be managing over 20 staff members. You must have the ability to motivate a team of experienced consultants. As this is a very `hands-on` position it is essential that you have extensive experience working within a retail travel agency and the ability to cross-train onto a new in-house reservations system.
In return my client will offer a basic salary between Ј16`000 - Ј22`000 (dependant on experience) + bonus + fantastic travel benefits. My client believes that this is a career not just a job and the career opportunities are endless!
